In today's digital world, social media is a powerful force influencing mental and emotional well-being. From the outside, it seems to offer connectivity and expression, but beneath the surface, it can negatively affect mental health, especially in teens.


Social media platforms have become more than just virtual spaces- they've evolved into curated stages where individuals present idealized versions of themselves. From posts of fancy vacations to edited selfies, there's an inherent pressure to project perfection. Behind the façade of these seemingly perfect posts, many social media users grapple with feelings of inadequacy, self-doubt, a fear of missing out, heightened anxiety, and a sense of isolation.
