HOW TO PREPARE FOR ONLINE SESSIONS
The best way to prepare is to hit your five senses:
Surround yourself with something that you enjoy looking at. Try sitting by a window, looking at a plant, or a painting.
Sit in a comfy chair and have a blanket or comfortable pillow.
Find a place that feels peaceful to you.
Grab coffee, tea, or water to sip while you talk to your therapist.
Light a candle, diffuse oils, or wear your favorite perfume.
Make sure you are in a quiet and private place. You can turn on a sound machine app outside your door to help with other noises surrounding you.
