My counseling approach is rooted in a profound desire to unearth compassion within the narrative of each individual. Understanding that we all navigate brokenness in need of healing, I recognize how self-judgment can sometimes obscure our ability to see where love and insight are most necessary. Within the therapeutic space, emotions and thoughts find a safe haven, allowing us to uncover the underlying causes of the challenges in our lives.

As a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) based in Marietta, GA, my practice is guided by a trauma-informed perspective. I delve into both current issues and the profound beliefs, thoughts, and emotions that shape our choices. My specialization includes boundary work, anxiety, depression, relationships, life transitions, death and grief, spirituality issues, substance use, adjustment to change, and navigating diverse cultures. I find deep fulfillment in working with clients of all ages, approaching counseling with a multicultural lens.
