Meet Bethany
Hello! I'm Bethany Jackson, and it brings me immense joy to welcome you to your counseling journey. I'm on a mission to guide you towards living your absolute best life. As we navigate internal challenges, my goal is to be your compass, helping you find hope and meaning. Join me in exploring and addressing life's complexities together. Reach out, and let's embark on a collaborative, respectful, and trusting therapeutic relationship. My hope is to empower you to reclaim a profound sense of worthiness, self-compassion, and peace.

My passion lies in helping individuals realize the very best version of themselves, uncovering hope and meaning in every step of life's journey. In recent therapeutic endeavors, I've had the privilege of guiding individuals and couples through the intricate landscape of internal challenges, covering areas such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, communication hurdles, conflict resolution, and the restoration of trust.

What brings me joy is working with clients from diverse backgrounds, and I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to support individuals, couples, and families throughout the therapeutic process. I hold a firm belief that mental and emotional well-being are the cornerstones of a healthy and fulfilling life. To achieve this, I seamlessly blend Person-Centered therapy with Family Systems and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, tailoring the therapeutic process to address the unique and diverse needs of each client.
My academic journey includes a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with Marriage and Family Therapy certification from Richmont Graduate University. Furthermore, I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Georgia State University. My professional path has led me to valuable experience working with youth in the Psychiatric Residential setting. In this role, I provided support for those grappling with complex trauma, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, and various other mental health challenges. I'm here to offer you the support and guidance you deserve on your path to healing and self-discovery.
