Our Team
We are compassionate counselors who love to guide people into depths of healing and restoration. Our vision is to have integrity, empathy, fun, and care for our clients. We want you to heal because you matter.
Meet Catherine
Hello and welcome! It is my goal to create a warm, accepting and authentic space where you can be yourself as you grow and navigate life. I believe that healing can be found through connection, so I will meet you wherever you are with compassion. Together, we can focus on maximizing your strengths, increasing your sense of empowerment, and uncovering what barriers may be keeping you from achieving your desired life.
My areas of focus include supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorder, grief, disability, chronic illness, life transitions, identity exploration, and shame or self-worth issues. I have a particular passion for working with those impacted by the incarceration or mental illness of a loved one, as I understand the unique challenges these situations present.

My therapeutic approach is person-centered, providing an encouraging and supportive environment. I blend in humor, psychoeducation, and gentle challenges to foster growth. It's an honor to walk alongside you through the inevitable pain, guiding you towards healing. When you feel unable to carry your own hope, I'm privileged to bear that hope for you until you can reclaim it.

I hold a master's degree in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling from Mercer University and have clinical experience providing both group and individual psychotherapy in an inpatient crisis stabilization unit setting. Having deeply understood the realities of mental health struggles myself, I want you to know that you don't have to face these challenges alone. If you feel that we may be well-suited to work together, please reach out. I'm ready to listen and understand your specific needs, so I can best support you on your journey.
